We want each and every customer to be confident that we stand behind our products, which is why weΒ offer ourΒ No Hassle FREE RETURN policy.
To be eligible for a return, yourΒ order must have beenΒ placed within the past 30 days. Additionally, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To use our Return Center Portal, youβll also need the order number and email address or phone numberΒ entered when placing the order. If you don't have this information, no worries! Just shoot us an email at returns@nerdclothingco.comΒ and we'll be happy to assist you!Β Please keep in mind, itemsΒ sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
To begin our simplifiedΒ return process:
- Visit our Return Center PortalΒ (https://nerdclothingco.com/a/returns).
- EnterΒ the email address or phone number used when placing this order, as well as the order numberΒ that corresponds with the item(s) you're requesting to return. Click theΒ StartΒ button, and you will be directed to the next page.
- On this page you will see all items from your order. Select the quantity from theΒ drop down list next to each item that youΒ are requesting to return. Click theΒ Next StepΒ button, and you will be directed to the next page.
- On this page you will see each item your are requesting to return. Select the reason for your return request from the drop down list next to each item. Click theΒ Next Step button and you will be directed to theΒ final page.
- Fill in theΒ NotesΒ field to add any additional information that may be useful in resolving your return. Verify that your email address is correct and click theΒ SubmitΒ button.
Once you've submitted your return request:
- You'll immediately get a return request confirmation email. At this point, we'll quickly review your request to make sure the selected itemsΒ are eligible for return (within the time frame, are not excluded items, etc.).
- Once approved, we'll send you an email letting you know. At this point, you can gather the items that have been approved for return andΒ pack them in the original shipping package, orΒ in a similar one available at theΒ parcel service center.
- We'll also send you a separate email with a link to your prepaid return postage label. Print it off and place it on the package, making sure any old shipping information is covered. Simply drop the package off at the parcel service indicated on the shipping label weΒ provided for you within 7 days of us approving your return.
- We'll send you an email notifying you once your return has been received and reviewed. We will then instantly issue a credit to your original payment method, but please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank/credit card to process the funds.
What Ifs...
What if I receivedΒ the item as a gift and I don't have the order information, or I don't want the refund going back to the original payment method?
There may be an occasion when you do not have your order information, such as if the item was given to you as a gift. In this instance, you will not be able to use the Return Center Portal.Β Just shoot us an email at returns@nerdclothingco.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Instead of issuing the return credit to original payment method, we'll issue you a digital gift card for the amount of the returned item.
What if my return request is denied?
In some instances, a request for a return may be denied. This might be the case if you have requested to return an excluded item, or if your purchase was made significantly outside of the allowable timeframe. If this occurs and you would like to discussΒ it further, send us an email atΒ returns@nerdclothingco.comΒ and we'd be happy to get in touch with you to discuss further options.Β We want you to be a happy customer who returns frequently, so we'll do everything in our power to make that happen!
What if my refund is denied?
In extremely rare instances, your return might be initially approved, however, a refund might be denied. This might be the case if the returned item is not in expected condition as previously detailed, or if the return is not received. We will follow up with you by email and phone if this extreme circumstanceΒ were to occur to discuss further options. We want you to be a happy customer who returns frequently, so we'll do everything in our power to make that happen!Β

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
ο»ΏAt this time, we only offer refunds to the original payment method. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we suggest placing a separate order for the new item and requesting a return for the original item. This is the fastest way of gettingΒ the new item to you. Of course, you can also wait until your refund is processed, but that might delay you getting your new item.
Are there any items that are not returnable?
WeΒ sell a fewΒ items that cannot be returned,Β such as gift cards or any item from the "Return Bin" category. These items will be indicated as a "Final Sale" product within the description on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Can I check the progress of my return?
You can visit theΒ Return Center PortalΒ anytime after submitting a request to check the status of your return, but we'll send you an email any time your return status is updated, and what the next step is.
